For twenty years, this bustling, urbane corner restaurant has set the standard on Taylor Street. With its carved wood and intimate booths, Rosebud has the feel of a chic Roman trattoria. The crowd is pure Chicago, though, with portly wheeling-and-dealing politicos, black-bedecked yupsters, and rowdy sports fans all adding to the mix.
